This morphing vehicle is called the Peugeot Globule and I’ll do my best to describe it in full detail. The Peugeot Globule is a concept car that is designed with 4 attached, but individual, pods. The pods all run on their own electric motor which is connected to a main battery (which all four pods share).
The twisted part about the Peugeot Globule is that the pods can change position while on the road. What this means is, it can alter its state from 2 x 2 (like a regular car) to a 4-pod straight line. When the vehicle is to be parked, the pods stack themselves on top of each other to reduce the amount of space occupied.
