Studio MK27 designs the premium Patina Maldives resort, which is a minimal and tranquil space located on the Fari Islands. It is made up of 90 suites between one to three bedrooms or Beach and Water Pool villas and 20 Fari Studios.
The design is inspired by a seamless blend of the natural surroundings of the location with a focus on creating living spaces to replicate the bright ecosystem whilst also maintaining a tranquil sense of privacy. One of the notable highlights of the villas is the sliding window systems dubbed 'panoramah!" It allows visitors to immerse themselves in the natural environment as it can be opened on three sides and features blackout blinds when needed.
