The Paloma Wool Spring/Summer 2014 lookbook has been produced before a barren pool. Despite the watery backdrop, Wool has done away with the prototypical inclusion of bathing suits and has instead opted for long knee-length button-up skirts and two-piece suits.
No matter the form that the Wool line comes in, what has remained consistent throughout the collection is its high regard for geometric 1980s-themed patterns. This can be seen in bright squiggly lines, circles and criss cross shapes, each one intersecting with one another via crop tops and ankle-length pants.
Color is also central to this Wool series. While pale beiges and oranges are consistent throughout the set, bright highlighter-hued pops of pink are similarly pervasive, speaking to the brand's funky appeal.
