Although the Otaat Party Hat has the common conical shape and ribbon to tie around the neck, there is nothing common about it.
Designed by Albert Chu, a creative direction born and raised in Houston, Texas, the Otaat Party Hat is made out of cowhide leather and grosgrain ribbon ties. Although it might seem rather extravagant, the fact that they would not be thrown out immediately is highly eco-friendly and budget-friendly (over time, at least). Available for pre-order, the Otaat Party Hat will ship mid-November.
