The Oscar Architecture Desk looks like something that would be found in the tent of a safari adventurist. First of all, it appears to be able to fold up due to its X-shaped base. Secondly, it boasts leather pockets on either side to hold papers, stationary and more. It is this detail that really makes the otherwise minimalist design stand out.
Designed by Georgio Bonaguro, the Oscar Architecture Desk was recently presented during the Milan Design Week 2014. The name was inspired by Oscar Niemeyer, a Brazilian architect who is considered to be one of the key figures in the development of modern architecture. Made using calfskin and solid ash wood, the Oscar Architecture Desk is very sophisticated.
