The device features a smartphone-inspired design that puts a 6.13-inch E ink display in the spotlight, which features 300ppi for a crystal clear viewing experience. The device looks like a smartphone at first glance, but has WiFi and Bluetooth connectivity with no cellular modem. Powered by an octa-core Qualcomm processor, the eReader has 6GB of RAM with 128GB of internal storage and the Onyx BOOX Super Refresh software to automatically change the scree refresh rate for better image quality.
The Onyx BOOX Palma eReader is available now for preorder for $250 and will start shipping in August 2023.
