The 'Connected Vehicle' tier, which costs approximately $24.99 per month or $300 per year, will be a standard attachment. This tier provides access to vehicle location services, remote car activation, voice control integration, and more. There are also three additional tiers which will be options for all GMC and Buick customers. These tiers are the 'Safety & Security,' 'Essentials,' and 'Premium' tiers.
The highest-end Premium tier offers all OnStar services from convenience-focused features to entertainment features and even a wide list of safety features. The safety features include crisis assistance, emergency services, automatic crash responses, on-demand roadside assistance, and more. The mid-range tiers offer different combinations of these services.
