The conceptual 'ONOFF' speaker is an audio solution that draws design inspiration from the toggle switch found within the operating systems of smartphones, PCs and tablets alike. This user interface (UI)-inspired design helps to bring the digital experience to the real world and also helps to create a distinct sense of visual intrigue for audiophiles to appreciate.
Designed by Yongha Yang, the unit has an internal speaker that sits inside the shell and can be slid right to left in order to turn it on or off. Integrated LEDs communicate to the user that the unit is turned on, while a small notch can be used for rotating the speaker face to turn the volume up or down.
