The Olympia Le-Tan Spring/Summer 2014 runway show was presented at the gorgeous Paris Aquarium. With a venue that complemented its nautical theme, this collection marked the revival of retro pin-up looks that took inspiration from artist Alberto Vargas' sultry art works as well as cinematic cult classic Blade Runner.
Showcasing sculptural hair looks and rosy, fresh-faced makeup, this fun runway presentation brought its vintage inspiration to life. The collection payed tribute to nautical, styling with marine and literary prints, sailor stripes and anchor motifs that were displayed on mini-dresses, crop tops, high waisted shorts and sweatshirts.
Mixing feminine details and prints drawn by the designer's father Pierre, the Le-Tan’s father, Pierre, the Olympia Le-Tan Spring/Summer 2014 collection was a fresh and contemporary take on past era elegance.
