The team at Tiny Mountain Houses designed the Olivia Summit home, which is a compact residence resting on top of a triple-axle trailer and measures a length of 42 feet. It is on the larger side of the offerings and complete with concrete fiber lap siding and the top has a standing seam metal roof.
The layout is spacious and all of the components are carefully arranged on one floor with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. When guests enter the home, they are immediately met by a living room with an electric fireplace to keep the room warm and a cozy L-shaped sofa to rest on when watching the TV mounted on the wall. The space is filled with natural light with the generous glazing throughout.
