Olive Ridley Brewing Co. Hopes Beer Sales Can Save Vulnerable Turtles

Named after the vulnerable species of sea turtle, Hong Kong's Olive Ridley Brewing Co. recently launched three new beers meant to protect its brewery's namesake turtles. Debuting at 19 restaurants, bars and liquor stores across Hong Kong, Olive Ridley Brewing Co. has already pledged a part of the profits to a charity foundation focused on the conservation of sea turtles.

The three beers launched by the brewery include The Pacific Pilsner, Shell Shock IPA and the Morjim Pale Ale. Each expression is meant to serve as a summertime beer, with each taking advantage of distinct and crisp flavors.
