OASIS immersion is Canada’s largest permanent immersive experience that opened at the Palais des congrès de Montréal. The experience consists of three immersive galleries, two light installations, and a lounge area with a café and boutique.
The experience is 2,200 m2 of space, divided into separate sections guests can walk through like ‘The Anticipation Room,’ ‘The Portal,’ ‘The Teleporter,’ ‘The Panorama,’ and ‘The Decompression Corridor.’ The experience uses 119 surround sound speakers, 105 laser projectors, and an LED lighting system for their architectural and ambient installations.
This new media experience encompasses the use of technology, art, and science that hopes to evoke a reaction and inspire its visitors "to rethink society and its foundations through the prism of optimism."
