The sport of football has been given a feminine twist in the Nylon Magazine April 2014 editorial. Titled 'Defensive Unit,' model Stephanie Hall channels her inner linebacker for the photoshoot. Although she doesn't show off her tackling skills, she does display her fierce posing to perfection. Granted, the former would have been difficult considering that she is clad in a range of dresses, blazers and stockings not fit for the field.
Accessorized with sport equipment including helmets, mouth guards and shoulder pads, the Nylon Magazine April 2014 editorial was shot in studio by photographer Robert Harper. The looks may have been inspired by the American sport, but it also embraces high fashion qualities including eclectic layering and luxe separates. The looks were finished by hair stylist Jose Quijano and makeup artist Philippe Miletto.
