ByteDance is releasing a new smartphone under the Smartisan label named the 'Nut Pro 3.' ByteDance is the company that owns TikTok and this year it purchased patents from Smartisan. ByteDance subsequently decided to have its smartphone follow the already existing naming convention used by Smartisan. The Nut Pro 3 is currently available in Chinese markets and it is priced at 2,899 yuan, or $412 USD.
ByteDance added a number of different features to the device, including the ability to access TikTok form the lock screen. The phone has a Qualcomm Snapdragon 855+ chipset, as well as 12 GB of RAM and 256 GB of storage. ByteDnce also designed the phone to have four different cameras.
