Skeletons and voodoo dolls seem to have been Japanese fashion designer Nozimi Ishiguro's inspiration for his Haute Couture 2010-11 A/W collection. I love the amazing ripped leggings and layered tribal feel of this chic voodoo doll vision.
The theme of the runway show was 'ghost,' but rather than having the feel of a flimsy supernatural spirit, the collection had a vivid jungle voodoo look to it, with bold colors and thick knitted garments as well as skeleton accessories draping around the neck and on coats and jumpers.
You can only admire Japanese fashion for taking it to the next level. I wouldn't be surprised if Nozimi Ishiguro got snapped away from Tokyo Fashion Week very soon to graze the catwalks at Paris Fashion Week with his voodoo magic.
