Nongshim has teamed up with Die Techniker Prime League, becoming the event's official partner. This collaboration will see the noodle brand work alongside Freaks 4U Gaming, but official plans for the partnership have not yet been revealed. Nongshim's previous projects within the esports sector include acquiring the South Korean esports organization Team Dynamics in 2020. The brand has also been in charge of its team, Nongship Redforce, since the deal was signed.
This partnership is also significant for Nongshim as it is the first time the brand has entered the DACH (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) market.
The Prime League and other European leagues make up the Riot Games' ERL system. Freaks 4U Gaming hopes that Nongshim's experience in the esports market will help the company bolster its presence in the EU region.
