Amazon Won't Deliver Non-Essential Goods in France and Italy

Amazon is no longer taking orders for non-essential goods in France and Italy, in order to free up capacity to complete deliveries of essential goods in areas with many COVID-19 cases. The e-commerce giant did not indicate what goods will be deemed essential, and which ones won't, however, it is speculated that groceries, health products, household items, and personal care products will all be deemed essential.

Amazon customers in those areas can still purchase non-essential goods that are delivered through a third-party company.
