Because the latest iPhone just isn’t an option for some, Nokia has released its line of Nokia 100 and 101 phones, affordable and stylish mobiles for phone users with tighter purse strings and who don’t need all of the extra flash and apps of today’s smartphones.
Retailing for only $30 and $35 USD each, the Nokia 100 and 101 phones feature simple and stylish designs in a range of colors including Coral Red and Festival Pink.
The Nokia 101 features an MP3 player, FM radio and Nokia’s dual SIM functionality, which allows the user to connect to different networks. Essentially, the user can store up to five SIM cards on the phone and choose whichever one he wants for making or receiving calls and messages. This functionality can be advantageous if the phone is being used by more than one user. The Nokia 100 is more simple than the 101 and is meant for users who only need to make calls and send text messages.
