I really wish I could have sat on the Node Chair throughout high school. This chair from IDEO and Steelcase is designed to be able to keep up with today's ever-changing teaching styles.
Students used to just face a board and take notes, which made the old and current desk designs perfect. Educators are changing the way they teach, though, which means the desks need to change as well. The Node Chair features a variety of design innovations such as wheels, a swiveling seat, and an increased storage area. Hopefully the next generation of students will be learning from the Node Chair.
