Legless Women Ads

Moldovan Vodka Takes the Limbs out of Commercials

If you're looking for a place to take the kids where you won't have to look at ads with large bottles of vodka or women's legs, then you should visit the Moldovan capital, Chisnau.
Acting mayor Vasily Ursu said earlier that showing women’s legs on billboards was contrary to the standards of ethics and advised designers to look for a more creative solution than just capturing bare legs.
Ursu, however, said: "If you show me similar billboards in other cities, I may let them be used again." However, currently all the advertising of local hosiery firm Ponti is being removed from the city’s streets. - MosNews
