Digital Calendar Girls To Go

Mobile Calendarettes

Just as YouTube changed the way we get our entertainment fix, so mobile TV is about to change the way we get our fix of reality shows:to go. Snackable content in the form of Calendarettes, which features a bunch of models in bikinis fighting it out to star in a glamorous calendar, is one of two offerings by Italian startup Small Formats.

The Calendarettes are 8 to 10 episodes long, but since they're produced with mobile in mind, there are 2-3 minute mobile clips, or mobisodes, and a website component.

The other project is a sitcom about three guys cooking pasta in their kitchen. Called Pasta Is Fun, the program's cut up into 3-5 minute bite-sized episodes, with a companion website featuring recipes.
