Monos Unveils a Multisensory Toronto Store

Monos has unveiled a multisensory Toronto store designed to provide a unique experience as the store invites visitors to "explore the connection between travel and moments of discovery and joy," within a spa-like space with cream colors and textures.

In collaboration with design partner Ste Marie, the store’s aesthetic draws inspiration from the Japanese concept of 'mono no aware,' celebrating rare moments of beauty. This results in "a serene atmosphere influenced by surrealism and the hospitality of Portugal’s Pousadas."

At the center of the store, an olive tree complements a light installation against waxed plaster walls and split-faced cottonwood limestone monoliths. Additionally, a flowing water feature enhances the tranquil environment. Moreover, Monos' luggage and accessories are thoughtfully displayed in niches crafted from Italian Onice Striato Avorio stone. This spacious concept is ideal for travelers, highlighting the brand’s commitment to quality and mindful travel in an inviting setting.
