MSI Released a Feature-Rich Update for its MPG OLED Monitors

MSI released a new firmware update for its two MPG QD-OLED gaming monitors: the 271QRX and 321URX, respectively. The new firmware update brings a number of new and enhanced features to the monitors that improve compatibility, support for new aspect ratios, and new OSD settings.

The highlight features include reduced latency and input lag, various bug fixes, the ability to emulate smaller screen sizes with different aspect ratios on the 32" model, and enhanced color accuracy for its HDR mode. Aside from these, the devices now feature a DSC switch for DLDSR and DSR modes, an HDMI switch for PC or Console mode, multiple language settings, and the ability to disable the Power LED indicator on the monitor, if desired.

The Firmware update, numbered version 010, will release later this week on MSI's website.
