The Moving Mountains Fish Fillets are a new plant-based fish alternative being launched by the brand to provide consumers with a way to enjoy the taste and texture of seafood in a vegan-friendly way.
The fish-flavored fillets have 10-grams of plant-based protein along with 4.5-grams of fiber per 100-gram serving, and are also 100% free from microplastics and mercury. The fillets are formulated to mimic the flaky texture of real fish perfectly and has been paired with a panko breadcrumb covering to further increase their flavorful formula.
