Motorola is releasing yet another extravagantly priced phone, but this one is blinged-out like no other. The Motorola Aura Diamond Edition is essentially a jazzed up version of the Motorola Aura promoted last year, and costs about $3,700 more than its predecessor.
The reason for the price difference: diamonds, diamonds, diamonds! Plated in 18-karat gold, it boasts thirty-four dazzling diamonds, thirty of which adorn the phone’s front circular display (the remaining four decorate the phone’s navigation key and keypad). The Motorola Aura Diamond Edition also includes CrystalTalk technology, stereo Bluetooth, email, web browsing, camera, and 2GB of internal memory.
