At first glance, I was a little shocked at this photo collection, but then I took a second look. Julia Pogodina’s "Mood Indigo" places a very pale, emotionless (mood-less maybe), black-and-white dressed model into very similarly pale but lighter themed backgrounds.
She is pictured with black and white as well as black and blue backgrounds. The scene lightens what originally felt like a somber collection. The girl doesn’t appear miserable or dark, she appears to just be (something we all should try sometimes).
