Voice assistant technology shows a lot of promise for healthcare purposes, which is something that a new service shown off at CES 2019 from MobileHelp and LifePod Solutions aims to make a reality.
The service works via the LifePod smart speaker and will connect users with the MobileHelp emergency response system to prevent individuals from not being able to access assistance when they need it most. Caregivers can configure the device to set up predetermined check-in times, reminders and more to ensure their loved one or patient is supported.
