Miso, an emerging robotics company known for its hamburger-flipping robot, Flippy, has announced a new partnership with Panera Bread. The new partnership will see the fast-casual restaurant chain implement Miso's new Cookright Coffee platform.
The new product will work similarly to the brand's original Cookright system, which combines AI-enabled cameras with machine learning technology to provide better kitchen management. In this case the Cookright Coffee system will provide users with a variety of actionable insights related to coffee-making such as temperature and volume data, as well as when to replace coffee grinds.
"We are thrilled that Panera shares in our vision to revamp the coffee monitoring process, and can’t wait for CookRight Coffee to be installed at their restaurants to help customers and team members alike," said Mike Bell, CEO of Miso.
