The Minilux is a solar powered leisure car designed by Finnish designer Jukka Rautiainen. Minilux was made mainly for leisure purposes and is powered by Gallium Arsenide solar cells installed on the roof.
It is specially designed with a powerful battery and a main grid that will power the car when there is a lack of solar energy.
Minilux is not only energy efficient but also a very stylish two seater car equipped with airless wheels. The Minilux is expected to have a range of 16,000 miles a year in sunny locations.
