Microsoft 365 & Oreo are Teaming Up to Give Employees a Break

Microsoft 365 and Oreo created the THINVITE during National Cookie Month to deliver 15-minute snack breaks straight to the calendars and doorsteps of employees to encourage a healthy work-life balance. As Microsoft shared in a blog post announcing the partnership, "While a 15-minute break from your computer won’t fix everything, our research shows that even short breaks allow your brain to reset from the stress of back-to-back meetings. It’s a bite-sized step anyone can take."

There's also limited-edition Oreo Thins Snack Break Expansion Cookie Packs that have been created, complete with custom-packaged Oreo Thins featuring Clippy and the Clippy Dippy for mess-free dunking during snack breaks.

This initiative comes at a time when burnout, stress and declining mental health are at all-time highs among workers, along with intensifying labor shortages.
