Jordan has unveiled the Air Jordan 1 Low SE 'Tokyo Vintage' basketball sneakers that honor one of Michael Jordan's iconic moments. The basketball sneakers are inspired by the memory of Michael Jordan in 1996 when he first visited Japan to join the "Nike Hoop Heroes" event. In the event, Michael Jordan played against a young boy wearing a University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill uniform.
The basketball sneaker contains a smooth butter-colored suede on the perforated toe boxes and the quarter panels. A light blue color is covered on the forefoot overlays, inspired by the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill -uniform colors. Additional details on the upper include the ball-and-wings logos on the heels colored in a vintage golden-yellow. The tongues and midsoles also have a vintage golden-yellow color as well. The basketball sneakers are available for $120 on March 25.
