The new Mercedes GLA45 AMG puts a 2.0-liter four-cylinder turbo engine on the road. Inside, the four-cylinder engine has NANOSLIDE cylinder liner technology.
Previewed at the Detroit Auto Show 2014, this vehicle has 355 horsepower and 332 pound-feet of torque. Combine that with a seven-speed dual-clutch AMG SPEEDSHIFT DCT 7-speed sports transmission and standard all-wheel drive and you have one powerful road machine.
Another feature of the Mercedes GLA45 AMG is the Curve Dynamic Assist feature, which helps keep it on the ground. There is also Race Start, which allows you to go from 0-60 mph in just 4.8 seconds. The top speed this car is able to reach is well above the legal limit at 155 mph. But remember, just because you can doesn’t mean you should re-enact every scene from Fast and Furious.
