Jack Erwin opened its menswear flagship store in New York City and the aesthetic of the retail space proves to exude an incredibly sophisticated vibe. The company worked alongside architecture studio Milliøns to achieve an interesting retail experience.
The menswear flagship's location on 488 Madison Street, played a strong role in determining the visual presence of the brand. In fact, Jack Erwin's New York store was designed to seamlessly fit in its surroundings and as a result, the brand and Milliøns created an interior that "draws on details associated with corporate office spaces." This aesthetic is predominantly communicated through the materials that were used — powder-coated aluminum, teal glass and etc., as well as the overall minimalist appearance that playfully hints at an organization-favoring atmosphere.
