The system can hit temperatures as high as 700 degrees Fahrenheit in just 14 minutes, which can be monitoring through the built-in temperature gauge and further enhanced thanks to the meat probe thermometer.

The MasterBuilt Gravity Series 800 can hold up to 10 pounds of charcoal or 16 pounds of briquettes to provide enough fuel for 10 hours of cooking.
