Marton Strohner's HERENDESIGN redesigned tea set reminds me of the perforated leather found in fine automobiles and super-soft driving gloves, or the rubber grips on vintage golf clubs. Either way, the collection exudes luxury from top to bottom.
Marton Strohner's HERENDESIGN collection was created for Herend Porcelain Manufacture as a diploma project. If I were grading it, I'd say the coffee/tea set passes with flying colors.
Implications - Luxury designs continue to remain popular even during times of economic uncertainly. Products that add minute elements of luxury to their designs, packaging and overall brand image will exude an aura of sophistication and quality in the eyes of their particular target markets.
