This gorgeous marble chair is the creation of Maurizio Galante and Tal Lancman. The cover is made out of printed silk and viscose while the structure is made from poplar plywood and soft polyurethane.
The marble chair looks extremely regal although very cold and distant. It is a furniture piece that one would want in their living room solely for the look of it. The piece looks everything but comfortable but I can still think of a number of people, including myself, that would kill to have it in their homes even if it didn’t actually have cushion seating.
The archaic looking armchair is certainly an unlikely concept. The idea of deceptive comfort is intriguing. While the unlikely rock appeal captivates the passing audience, the quality and materials keep them with purchasing promises.
