The Manx V is the 50th Anniversary Version of the Iconic Meyers Manx

The Manx V is an electrically powered dune buggy inspired by the iconic fiberglass Meyers Manx buggy, which celebrates its 50th anniversary this month. The vehicle was built by Bruce Meyers in the 1960s in his garage. It was inspired by Meyers' love for beach culture and desire to create a playful, cute-looking vehicle.

The 21st century iteration of the Meyers Manx was built around a rear electric driveline. A 10-Kilowatt/hour lithium-iron battery powers the 84-horsepower electric motor, which enables to buggy to travel at up to 100 km/h.

The design of the Manx V is still being finalized, and pricing and release details have not been revealed yet. The Manx V will be the first of several environmentally friendly buggies released by Meyers Manx.
