The Make-Out Practice Pillow takes the youthful ritual to the next level. Instead of using a basic pillow that doesn't even feel like a set of lips, this homemade design allows people to feel as though they are rehearsing with a real person. This is made possible by embedding a pair of lips into a basic cushion for added kissability.
Designed by Emily Grace King, an artist based in Florida, the Make-Out Practice Pillow was conceived when she stumbled upon a bag of discarded removable CPR dummy lips. Interestingly, she reveals, "The reaction from anyone over the age of 25 tended to be variations on "that's really creepy," and anyone under the age of 25 thought it was hilarious and awesome." Clearly she now knows her target demographic.
