From the ultra-luxurious and experimental ArtLab to the sizable Renaissance-inspired mural promotion, Gucci continuous to strengthen the relationship between creative expression and its brand image with a limited-edition art book. The luxe label collaborated with London's IDEA and photographer Peter Schlesinger to make the print masterpiece a reality.
The imagery connects the Pre-Fall 2018 collection to the overtly romantic landscapes of Rome and the films of Dario Argento. The limited-edition art book is dubbed 'Disturbia' and creates a very strong connection between print culture, fashion, film and architecture. Accentuating the structural formations of the Italian city, the soon-to-be-launched publication offers excerpts from the 1980s film Inferno to complement the visual stimuli from Gucci's tailored silhouettes and robust prints.
