Glowing Toy Brick Models

Evan Bacon's Life-Size LEGO Iron Man Sports a Realistic Arc Reactor

Evan Bacon's life-size LEGO Iron Man is the second toy brick superhero created by the talented teen. Bacon first built Bat Man out of LEGO bricks. His latest creation is a step up in terms of quality and creativity. It also represents a shifting of allegiances from the DC to Marvel.

The life-size LEGO Iron Man has a glowing Arc Reactor and palms. (No word on whether it can fly or if it has a way with the ladies). The model stands six feet tall and weighs 80 pounds. All told the entire project took a staggering 80,000 bricks to complete. The hard work was well worth it, as Bacon's life-size LEGO Iron Man took the People's Choice Award at the 2012 Brick Fiesta in Austin, Texas.
