Baluchon designed Leïla’s Tiny House, which is a response to the stricter towing laws in Europe. The structure is compact yet cozy and measures 20 feet in length. The home is filled with natural light and has enough space to comfortably house two people.
It is based on top of a double-axle trailer and finished with red cedar at the exterior before it is topped with a metal roof. The compact structure is designed with a generous amount of glazing which lights up the interior finished in spruce and Moroccan-inspired palettes. The inside brings a sense of warmth and the bright hues also add a touch of liveliness for a positive aura overall. The home has one entrance which leads guests right into the kitchen.
