Design studio Tetro Arquictectura creates the Laguna House which can be found right in Nova Lima's Minas Gerais. The home features four bedrooms and overlooks a captivating view of a lake with mountains in sight. It embodies a sleek and modern design language that uses its surroundings.
It is made by the team Carlos Maia, Débora Mendes, and Igor Macedo. The home rests on top of a rectangular structure and it is supported by a series of slender pillars. At the lower level, it features a sunken base and has three ensuite bedrooms. with a covered terrace on top and an outdoor kitchen, finished with a dining area. Above this are the main living spaces and it is towred with a concrete slab roof.
