Lady Gaga is featured in iD magazine in a very tame photoshoot (for her). Black and blonde seems to be the idea behind the low-key styling of the shoot. It’s classy -- some photos are even reminiscent of a 40s movie siren, but with a much lower-cut top and some pretty unique headgear. Regardless, demure looks great on Gaga!
The overall shoot is disciplined and shockingly reserved for the "queen of the little monsters." The clothing is very architecturally constructed, with shape and volume in all the right spots; the materials (pleather and thick fabrics) add a slight spin to traditional characteristics. The lack of color in all shots is stylish but adds that edge that we’ve grown to expect from Lady Gaga.
