Come rain or shine you will be well protected with your own miniature tree top canopy that follows you everywhere you go when you use the Komorebigasa umbrella.
Designed by Fumito Kogure and Shinya Kaneko, the name of this glorious parasol comes from the term 'komorebi' which appropriately means "sunshine filtering through foliage" in Japanese. A wide diameter will keep those rain drops well away from you, while the overlapping leaves printed onto the clear plastic block out the harsh rays of sunlight that can be overwhelming and damaging to the skin. You won't be walking around in gloomy darkness however as the small spaces in between the leaves allow for some light to penetrate.
The interestingly unusual Komorebigasa umbrella design creates a playful tree canopy shadow on the user.
