Amazon is adding some color to tablet race with the recently announced Kindle Fire. The Kindle Fire is a colorful new tablet designed to give price-conscious tech heads a chance at owning a powerful and shiny new tablet.
The Kindle Fire is compactly sized at 7.5" by 4.5". What the tablet lacks in size it makes up for in functionality thanks to its powerful web browser that splits the processing load with Amazon's cloud servers. The material used to construct the tablet is said to be 20 stiffer and 30 times harder than plastic. The Kindle Fire is set to be released on November 15th and will be priced at $199.
