Dragon Tiny Homes has created the Kemi, which is a portable vacation home or guest house with a compact structure. It is made with Scandinavian influence that can be seen in the exterior and interior design. The home rests on top of a double-axle trailer and comprises a length of 20 feet. The exterior has a black standing seam metal siding, which perfectly complements the wooden accents.

The design's interior has a comfortable layout that invites in a natural light with generous glazing. It measure 160 square feet and is entirely one floor. Upon entering the glass front doors, guests are immediately greeted by the kitchen which is packed with cabinets and other appliances followed by a double bed bedroom.
