A peanut butter and jelly-inspired colorway has taken over the latest iteration of the KD 8 sneaker. Retailed for kids, the brand new KD 8s are inspired by the snack Kevin Durant loved to eat growing up.
Though the KD 6 was the first sneaker to see this food-inspired colorway, the KD 8 'PBJ' is the first kid's sneaker with the peanut butter and jelly theme. This redesign mixes its availability between men and young athletes with the KD 8 silhouette appealing to younger Kevin Durant fans. The newly designed shoe features a fade from purple on the toe to white towards the rear. It also sits atop a gum peanut butter-inspired sole which is accented by a picnic-themed print on the insole.
The KD 8 'PBJ' will be made available on March 10th, 2016.
