The Kalla Washbasin introduces a touch of nature into the bathroom. As though inspired by a large lily, its soft curve and subtle fold also brings a soothing, serene sense, transforming this place of sanctuary into a spa experience.
Designed by Oriano Favaretto and manufactured by Mastella Design, an Italian family-run company, the Kalla Washbasin is elegant and whimsical. In fact, it looks like something that would be found in a forest nymph's home. The Kalla Washbasin is much more manageable for a private household, whereas the larger one would work better in public washrooms.
The Kalla Washbasic was presented at this year’s ISH Frankfurt tradeshow. It is made out of a single piece of Cristalplant.
