Austin-based artist Josef Kristofoletti created this 3D masterpiece on a dull concrete wall in Panama City as part of an international art initiative.
The mural is painted on the side of Teatro Balboa and has completely transformed the dull, grey wall into a colorful, angular surface that invites passersby to stop and take a closer look. The 'Protein Lite' mural paintings were created as part of the first biennial of the South in Panama 2013. This initiative encourages artists from all over the globe to use street art to promote urban culture in central America.
The bright jewel colors and prism shapes certainly brighten up this dull wall. This three dimensional artwork is sure to look even better in the summer sunshine. Photo Credits: designboom
