JE Design Goes Where Most Won't With Power Eco-Upgrades

German mechanics/engineers have taken the extremely eco-friendly TDI Scirocco and given it a little extra juice for the road (upgrading an eco-car, the future is now).

The car has been jacked up to pump out torque of about 400Nm (300 lbs-ft) which allows the car to go 0-60 in a second less than its standard time.

With the upgraded Scirocco, you can get different parts from JE design (body kit, spoilers, exhaust system, lowering springs, custom wheels, etc.) which all contribute to the weight (sometimes less, sometimes more) which could make this sucker move slightly faster.
